Make up and Cancellation Policy

No make ups are given for missed classes. If you need to reschedule a future class, please call us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class and we will try to find a substitute class, based on our availability. SwimAmerica will not give any refunds for classes missed.
If your child has to miss several classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as ear infection, broken limb etc., we can put classes on hold, once you have notified the office swimfast882000@yahoo.com or (954-345-5441) of the extended absence in advance.
If We Cancel
If classes are canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive a maximum of two make-ups per registration per session. If you are registered for two lessons a week, you will receive up to four weather-related make-ups during that session.
Classes are generally cancelled, only for thunderstorms: we will teach when it is raining.
Please check this website under the "weather" tab, there we will post as soon as the pool is closed and we will also post when it re-opens.
This does not work for the first afternoon class. You will have to call the Aquatic Complex Office at 954-345-2121, to inquire if the pool is open.
