MAKE UP AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If You Cancel

If your child is unable to attend class, please give us 24 hours notice and call us at 954-345-5441 to schedule a free make up lesson.

Understand that ONLY ONE free make up lesson is awarded per session and must be taken prior to the end of the session.

Further make-ups can be scheduled for an extra charge.

If We Cancel

If a class is cancelled because of weather conditions, call our office to re-schedule that class.

Make certain class is cancelled. Classes are usually cancelled only for thunderstorms. We teach when it is raining. Your child will be getting wet whether it is raining or not.

To find out if class is being cancelled during rainy weather, call the Aquatic Center at 954-345-2121, not our office. Our staff will most likely be at the pool. You can also check the web site's weather cancellation notification panel on the left side of all the pages.

Please note that SwimAmerica class fees are non-refundable.
